  • 2 years management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Support the implementation of the company’s culinary standards and procedures at assigned locations
  • Ensure consistent food preparation, quality, and presentation in alignment with brand guidelines
  • Assist with menu execution, recipe adherence, and portion control
  • Monitor daily kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and quality
  • Strategic influence in menu development and cost control
  • Leadership in cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and local health regulations
  • Conduct routine kitchen inspections and quality checks
  • Support new store openings or menu rollouts as needed
  • Assist with scheduling and managing kitchen workflows to maximize efficiency
  • Coach and develop kitchen staff, including line cooks and culinary associates
  • Assist in performance feedback and staff development under the guidance of senior culinary leadership
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety in the kitchen
  • Monitor and help control food and labor costs within assigned locations
  • Support inventory management, waste reduction, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Report operational metrics to supervisors as required
  • Partner with restaurant management, operations, and training teams to support daily execution
  • Communicate challenges or opportunities to improve kitchen performance
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives
