- Minimum three years of experience in events management or production
- Ability to drive
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Maintain best practices with event industry trends and technologies
- Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum three years of experience in events management or production required
- Ability to drive
- Creative and effective problem solving skills
- Knowledge of event planning industry trends and technologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Duties
- Design and deliver events
- Project management including budgeting and scheduling
- Onsite coordination and event troubleshooting
- Vendor evaluation and negotiation
- Contract administration and compliance
- Liaise with sponsors and stakeholders
- Manage expense reporting and budget tracking
- Coordinate shared mailboxes and schedule management
- Order and manage event resources
- Maintain event calendars and internal communications
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and communications
- Track RSVPs and manage guest lists
- Support community outreach initiatives
- Conduct site visits and travel to event locations
- Gather post-event feedback and implement improvements
- Perform additional support duties as assigned
