- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple events and competing priorities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Communication and relationship-building abilities, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of managing budgets and vendor relationships
- Proficiency with event management software and digital platforms preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of event logistics, trade shows, sponsorship coordination, venue sourcing, and managing on-site event setups
- Flexibility to travel as needed (up to 20%)

Job Duties
- Execute basic logistical requirements for assigned events including venue coordination, vendor communication, and timeline adherence
- Support onsite event operations including registration, setup assistance, and attendee coordination
- Assist in preparing internal attendees with event information, schedules, and materials to maximize their participation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging and materials across all events
- Gather and organize event data for ROI analysis and post-event reporting
- Maintain vendor databases and assist with purchase order processing within established budgets
- Support SWAG inventory management including order fulfillment and shipping coordination
