Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service hospitality or a related field preferred
  • Commitment to excellence in food quality safety and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team-focused environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting bending and reaching

Job Duties

  • Prepare, assemble, and serve meals with precision adhering to established recipes and portion standards
  • Ensure food presentation meets quality and aesthetic standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas including workstations dining areas and service equipment
  • Follow all health safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant kitchen environment
  • Provide courteous knowledgeable and prompt service to guests assisting with questions and special requests
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to support efficient high-quality meal production and service
  • Assist with inventory management restocking and supply organization to ensure operational readiness
  • Uphold a positive and professional demeanor contributing to a welcoming and team-oriented atmosphere
