Job Duties
- Assist in taking and entering customer catering orders accurately
- Provide menu information and answer customer questions about catering options
- Prepare and package catering items according to established standards
- Help coordinate and communicate order details with other departments
- Support the delivery team by helping load catering orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering prep area
- Ensure proper labeling and presentation of catering items
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service
- Assist with deliveries as needed (must have valid driver's license)
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Catering Manager or store leadership
