Job Duties
- Assist in taking and entering customer catering orders accurately
- provide menu information and answer customer questions about catering options
- prepare and package catering items according to established standards
- help coordinate and communicate order details with other departments
- support the delivery team by helping load catering orders
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering prep area
- ensure proper labeling and presentation of catering items
- provide courteous and efficient customer service
- assist with deliveries as needed
- perform additional tasks as directed by the Catering Manager or store leadership
