Job Duties

  • Assist in taking and entering customer catering orders accurately
  • provide menu information and answer customer questions about catering options
  • prepare and package catering items according to established standards
  • help coordinate and communicate order details with other departments
  • support the delivery team by helping load catering orders
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering prep area
  • ensure proper labeling and presentation of catering items
  • provide courteous and efficient customer service
  • assist with deliveries as needed
  • perform additional tasks as directed by the Catering Manager or store leadership
