- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge, answering questions, and making personalized suggestions
- Maintain product freshness through regular rotation and quality checks
- Restock and rotate displays to ensure visual appeal and freshness
- Take and fulfill custom/special orders from customers
- Accurately package, label, and price self-service items
- Operate bakery equipment safely, including ovens, knives, bread slicers, scales, and other bakery equipment
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
