Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge, answering questions, and making personalized suggestions
- maintain product freshness through regular rotation and quality checks
- restock and rotate displays to ensure visual appeal and freshness
- take and fulfill custom/special orders from customers
- accurately package, label, and price self-service items
- operate bakery equipment safely, including ovens, knives, bread slicers, scales, and other bakery equipment
- assist with other tasks as assigned
