Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for long hours outdoors in various weather conditions
- reliable personal transportation for up to 2 hours travel
- availability to work first Tuesday of each month
- willingness to attend 3-6 training sessions per month in person or remotely
- strong customer service orientation
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- technical troubleshooting skills
- ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties
- Be the face of Auction.com during live auctions
- conduct and co-host auctions primarily at county courthouses
- interact professionally with customers and on-site staff including deputies, government employees, and attorneys
- facilitate auction day processes
- maintain event equipment and materials
- use proprietary software to collect customer data
- manage auctioneering and bid tracking
- complete customer receipts and event reports
- provide on-the-job training for event support roles
- participate in scheduled training and team calls
- complete all tasks with efficiency and attention to detail
