Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand outdoors for long hours in all weather conditions
- Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel up to 2 hours per auction
- Flexible schedule to accommodate monthly auction assignments
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service orientation
- Prior auction experience preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage several assignments simultaneously
- Comfortable leading and interacting with a crowd
- Open to feedback and coaching
Job Duties
- Conduct live auctions and co-host events on courthouse steps
- Interact with bidders and customers to provide helpful guidance
- Maintain professionalism with customers and on-site staff such as deputies and government employees
- Manage auction equipment and materials ensuring readiness
- Collect customer information and complete receipts using proprietary software
- Complete event reports and participate in scheduled training and team calls
- Perform all tasks with high quality, efficiency, and attention to detail
