Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long hours outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to travel regularly up to 2 hours to auction sites in personal vehicle
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Tech-savvy with excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written form
Job Qualifications

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable leading and interacting with crowds
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple assignments
- Open to feedback and coaching
Job Duties
- Conducting and co-hosting live auctions on courthouse steps
- Interacting professionally with bidders and onsite staff such as deputies and attorneys
- Maintaining auction equipment and materials
- Collecting customer information using proprietary software
- Completing customer receipts and event reports
- Participating in scheduled training and team calls
- Ensuring all auction tasks are completed with high quality, efficiency, and attention to detail
