Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in finance, business, real estate, or a related field
  • Preferred 0–2 years of relevant work experience, including internships or coursework in real estate or finance
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Job Duties

  • Assist with gathering, reviewing, and organizing client documentation required for loan underwriting
  • Participate in analyzing the prospective sponsor’s commercial real estate loan application and its ability to repay the loan in a timely manner
  • Assist in determining the sponsor’s eligibility based on credit history, analyzing financial assets and evaluating net worth as it relates to the request loan
  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and third-party partners throughout the loan process
  • Help maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
  • Conduct preliminary research on potential borrowers and properties
  • Participate in site visits or property reviews alongside senior staff, as needed
