Job Requirements
- Education in a related field preferred
- ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and maneuver in small spaces
- capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to use hands and fingers to handle and feel
- ability to lift or move up to 100 pounds with assistance
- willingness to perform hands-on maintenance and repairs
- high level of mobility and flexibility
- excellent problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Responds to customer complaints of machine malfunction
- analyzes the mechanism to find the root of the problem
- assist the Facility manager with the installation, maintenance, and repairs of both mechanical and circuitry issues in the arcade games and/or bowling machines
- able to readily identify the most common problem with components like controls and audio systems
- performs maintenance and repair tasks
- keeps a clean and organized workshop
- ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays, as well as overtime to support business needs
