Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Relevant internship or 2 years professional work experience in accounting or finance is preferred
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial
  • Strong understanding of GAAP
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team setting

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Relevant internship or 2 years professional work experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus
  • Experience in MS Office Suite and ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, NetSuite is a plus
  • Foundational knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Perform daily and weekly accounting tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and other key reports
  • Contribute to the implementation of process improvements to streamline workflows
  • Accurately classify, record, and summarize financial data ensuring the integrity of records
  • Work closely with the engagement team and client contacts to gather information and clarify requirements
  • Support the creation and maintenance of standardized desktop procedures and process documentation
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving accounting issues and discrepancies
