Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or event production
- at least 3 years of relevant event production experience
- experience in the direct selling industry preferred
- strong project management skills
- excellent verbal communication
- advanced computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Excel
- working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- ability to work under pressure in deadline-driven environments
- ability to travel overnight domestically about 5% of the time
- must be able to work on-site at Mary Kay facility
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Event Production
- minimum 3 years of experience in event production, preferably in Direct Selling Industry
- strong project management skills
- excellent verbal communication skills
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Excel
- working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus
- self-motivated and results-oriented
- ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- ability to communicate with executive staff and independent sales force
- ability to coordinate multiple projects
- experience supporting live event production teams
Job Duties
- Independently manage the production schedule for Event Production
- develop show flows based on event scripts
- review and format scripts for production companies
- analyze and coordinate recognition reports and script updates
- manage team input and edit recognition scripts
- assist with Technical Review development
- post archival event documents
- schedule and lead meetings for recognition ideas
- create and distribute onstage recognition maps
- provide ShoFlo platform support and troubleshooting
- serve as backstage Meeting Coordinator during general sessions
- communicate show updates and decisions to crew and staff
- partner with Expo Project Manager for internal communication and event marketing
- perform on-site work at Mary Kay facility
