- Ability to work variable shifts, weekends and rotating shifts

- Experience in problem resolution
- Experience in information processing
- Ability to answer telephone inquiries effectively
Job Duties
- Verifies, receives, schedules and cancels jumpseat reservations
- Ensures safe passage on FedEx express aircrafts
- Monitors and tracks data from Global Operations Control (GOC) and Maintenance Operations Control Center (MOCC) to prevent overbooking
- Interacts and communicates with multiple departments within FedEx Express
- Ensures regulatory compliance
- Performs other duties as assigned
