Job Requirements

  • Two years customer service experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work variable shifts, weekends and rotating shifts

  • Experience in problem resolution
  • Experience in information processing
  • Ability to answer telephone inquiries effectively

Job Duties

  • Verifies, receives, schedules and cancels jumpseat reservations
  • Ensures safe passage on FedEx express aircrafts
  • Monitors and tracks data from Global Operations Control (GOC) and Maintenance Operations Control Center (MOCC) to prevent overbooking
  • Interacts and communicates with multiple departments within FedEx Express
  • Ensures regulatory compliance
  • Performs other duties as assigned
