- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- minimum of three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred

Job Duties
- Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
- responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents
- dust furniture and empty trashcans
- assist with activity room set-ups, will require movement of furniture
- clean all bathrooms including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories and fixtures in apartment and common areas
