Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year supervisory and customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Ability to work flexible hours including potential travel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to perform hands-on operational tasks
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Ability to lift moderate weights as needed
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferably in customer service or hospitality
  • Prior experience or training in management or leadership is preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Analytical skills to interpret payroll and revenue data accurately
  • Problem-solving skills to address operational inefficiencies
  • Proficiency in standard workplace technology and software
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and occasional travel
  • Commitment to upholding company values and standards

Job Duties

  • Provide hands-on guest service training to all associates, ensuring team members consistently meet or exceed PMC's guest service standards
  • Monitor daily interactions to uphold a premium customer experience
  • Supervise and coordinate all valet operations, ensuring safe and efficient vehicle parking and retrieval
  • Take proactive steps to reduce guest claims and associate injuries through ongoing safety training
  • Lead and support key HR functions including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of associates
  • Ensure associates comply with company service standards, uniform appearance, and discipline policies
  • Maintain clear communication with associates and client contacts to anticipate and resolve operational concerns
  • Conduct weekly audits of associate timecards and payroll data, addressing discrepancies and submitting accurate reports
  • Assist with account revenue management by enforcing PMC's Revenue SOPs and proper reporting procedures
  • Identify and develop high-potential associates through ongoing training and leadership development
  • Serve as a key contact for urgent operational issues with on-call availability
  • Oversee execution of company initiatives ensuring consistency and compliance
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture focused on service excellence
  • Participate in occasional travel and flexible work hours to support business needs
  • Attend required staff meetings and complete assigned training modules promptly
