Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree GED
  • Minimum 1 year previous supervisory and customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • Pass and maintain clean background check
  • Ability to work flexible hours and occasional travel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
  • Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting moderate weights
  • Use of personal cell phone for work-related communication
  • Completion of required training and attendance at meetings
  • Flexible and responsive to evolving business needs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory and related customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Management leadership training certifications or business education preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including occasional travel
  • Proficient in using computers and related technology
  • Ability to lift moderate weights and work in indoor and outdoor environments

Job Duties

  • Provide hands-on guest service training to all associates ensuring team members meet or exceed guest service standards
  • Supervise and coordinate all valet operations ensuring safe and efficient vehicle parking and retrieval
  • Lead and support interviewing hiring onboarding training and performance management of associates
  • Ensure associates uphold service standards maintain professional appearance and deliver high-quality guest experience
  • Maintain communication with associates and client contacts addressing operational concerns and resolving customer service issues
  • Conduct weekly audits of associate timecards tips minimum wage adjustments and vehicle counts
  • Assist with account revenue management ensuring all shifts follow revenue SOPs
  • Identify and develop high-potential associates providing ongoing training and leadership development
  • Serve as key contact for urgent operational issues providing on-call support
  • Oversee execution of company initiatives ensuring consistency compliance and alignment with strategic goals
  • Involve staff in planning decision-making and process improvement while maintaining responsibility for team performance
  • Attend required meetings and complete training modules
