Job Requirements

  • prefer at least two years supervisory experience in a hotel environment
  • budgeting, employee scheduling, and payroll experience is preferred
  • ability to work a flexible schedule and remain on-call to cover escalated resort concerns including weekends and holidays
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • strong and effective verbal and written communications skills required
  • ability to solve practical problems, self-starter and the ability to multi-task
  • a positive, friendly, guest-service attitude
  • ability to work outdoors
  • computer skills including MS Office Suite
  • must have a valid driver's license and ability to obtain an airport badge

Job Duties

  • assist in managing an efficient, fiscally sound, parking operation at a full-service resort
  • liaison with resort clients
  • hire, train and supervise approximately 40 parking employees
  • handle escalated guest-related concerns, parking and luggage claims, and any other resort concerns
  • maintain high levels of guest service
  • prepare and submit weekly and/or monthly reports
