Job Requirements
- prefer at least two years supervisory experience in a hotel environment
- budgeting, employee scheduling, and payroll experience is preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule and remain on-call to cover escalated resort concerns including weekends and holidays
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- strong and effective verbal and written communications skills required
- ability to solve practical problems, self-starter and the ability to multi-task
- a positive, friendly, guest-service attitude
- ability to work outdoors
- computer skills including MS Office Suite
- must have a valid driver's license and ability to obtain an airport badge

Job Duties
- assist in managing an efficient, fiscally sound, parking operation at a full-service resort
- liaison with resort clients
- hire, train and supervise approximately 40 parking employees
- handle escalated guest-related concerns, parking and luggage claims, and any other resort concerns
- maintain high levels of guest service
- prepare and submit weekly and/or monthly reports
