Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in event operations or sports management preferred
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical setup and teardown
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and travel to event locations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with technology and electronic inventory systems
- Valid driver’s license

- Experience in event coordination or sports tournament management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of baseball tournament rules and formats
- Proficiency in equipment management and technology troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
- Flexibility to travel as needed
Job Duties
- Manage all fields and facilities they are assigned
- Work with Directors of Operations to coordinate equipment for events
- Load, set-up and transport equipment to and from venues
- Inventory equipment pre and post event
- Manage equipment, inventory, technology throughout the event and work with Director of Operations and others staff to troubleshoot
- Knowledge of all tournament rules, formats, and schedule
- Serve as a Lead Operator during events as assigned
- Serve as Assistant Tournament Director in other areas of the country, as assigned
- Assist with Showcase events as assigned
