Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to four years of warehouse experience
- Experience with warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects repeatedly
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under physical demands including standing and walking
- Willingness to work with all levels in the organization
Job Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in a warehouse environment
- Ability to effectively present information to managers and clients
- Experience overseeing high-detail and quality-focused roles
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and accountability
Job Duties
- Assist the Senior Supervisor in directing and supervising warehouse operations
- Coordinate and lead daily warehouse activities
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, and shipping of products within service and cost objectives
- Implement work schedules and assign jobs effectively
- Lead warehouse staff by instructing and assisting
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with managers and clients
