Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of warehouse experience
- ability to lift and carry heavy objects repeatedly
- proficiency with WMS
- strong communication skills
- ability to work under physical demands including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pulling
- capacity to lead and instruct a team
Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse environment
- proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and clients
- previous experience overseeing detailed and quality-focused operations
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- sense of urgency and accountability
Job Duties
- assist the Senior Supervisor in directing and supervising warehouse operations
- coordinate and lead daily warehouse activities
- oversee receiving, warehousing, and shipping of products
- participate in implementing work schedules
- assign jobs effectively and ensure proper completion
- lead warehouse staff by instructing and assisting
- maintain high levels of detail and quality in warehouse operations
