Job Duties

  • support daily operations of patient relations team
  • liaise with patients, benefactors, and trustees
  • assist in workload and schedule management
  • lead project improvement teams
  • implement staff and work unit development changes
  • provide leadership in manager’s absence
  • mentor and coach patient relations specialists
  • coordinate and facilitate patient care experience
  • intervene to ensure concierge-level service
  • collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to enhance patient experience
