Job Duties
- support daily operations of patient relations team
- liaise with patients, benefactors, and trustees
- assist in workload and schedule management
- lead project improvement teams
- implement staff and work unit development changes
- provide leadership in manager’s absence
- mentor and coach patient relations specialists
- coordinate and facilitate patient care experience
- intervene to ensure concierge-level service
- collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to enhance patient experience
