Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Pass a Utah State background check
- Willing to commit for a minimum of 8 months
- Obtain a Food Handler’s Permit before starting

- Able to learn student challenges, behavioral disorders, and medication protocols
- Strong teaching, motivational, and team-building skills
- Works effectively with interdisciplinary teams including therapists and nurses
- Skilled in communication, prioritization, and safely managing crisis situations
Job Duties
- Lead and train life coaches by modeling interventions and managing escalated situations
- Assign responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth and efficient shift operations
- Guide new hires through structured, checklist-based on-shift orientation
- Facilitate weekly training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to elevate team performance
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance regularly with formal quarterly reviews
- Address performance issues professionally using structured disciplinary protocols
- Share key shift updates during handoffs to maintain continuity and transparency
- Advocate for your shift during interdisciplinary Treatment Team meetings
- Conduct quarterly safety drills and model best practices to maintain a secure environment
