Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, recreation management, or related field and/or experience in recreation, education, or childcare setting
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Ability to work the full duration of the summer season (weekdays June 8th - July 31st)
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, carry 40 lbs, and work in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Proofread programming schedule in online registration system and in program guide
- Interview and hire new staff members
- Train new staff members to provide quality instruction and connecting with children
- Mentor staff members, evaluate growth, and provide feedback
- Coordinate staff schedule of activities
- Supervise programming
- Track staff work time and send documentation to temp agency
- Provide a safe environment for staff and families
- Build rapport with families
- Manage questions and concerns from families
