Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
- ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- willingness to work over 40 hours per week if needed

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 2 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US military service
- strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales-focused experience
- ability to lead and motivate teams
- effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Support daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- lead, coach, and develop store partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage inventory, supplies, and store merchandising standards
- contribute to achieving store financial goals and sales targets
- maintain high standards of product quality, safety, and cleanliness
- foster an inclusive and welcoming store environment
- assist the store manager with scheduling and operational planning
