Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • willingness to work over 40 hours per week if needed
  • commitment to uphold Starbucks values and customer experience standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 2 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years US military service
  • strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales-focused experience
  • ability to lead and motivate teams
  • effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Support daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • lead, coach, and develop store partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage inventory, supplies, and store merchandising standards
  • contribute to achieving store financial goals and sales targets
  • maintain high standards of product quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • foster an inclusive and welcoming store environment
  • assist the store manager with scheduling and operational planning
