Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
  • Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability to work more than 40 hours per week when required

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-driven environment

Job Duties

  • Lead and support the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory and cash handling
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance performance and growth
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
  • Drive sales and achieve business targets through effective team leadership
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store environment
  • Handle scheduling and labor management
