- lead and motivate store team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- support the store manager in overseeing daily store operations
- manage inventory and ensure product quality standards

- coach and develop team members to drive sales and operational excellence
- assist in scheduling and labor management
- resolve customer and partner issues promptly and professionally
