Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or ged
  • 2 years retail or customer service management experience or 4 plus years of us military service
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • problem-solving abilities

  • effective communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate store team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • support the store manager in overseeing daily store operations
  • manage inventory and ensure product quality standards
  • maintain a welcoming and safe environment for customers and partners
  • coach and develop team members to drive sales and operational excellence
  • assist in scheduling and labor management
  • resolve customer and partner issues promptly and professionally
