Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation proving identity and eligibility to work in the applying country
  • Ability to work full time with flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Physical capability to perform job duties involving standing and movement
  • Availability for overtime when necessary

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Experience with sales-focused environments
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and support store operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Manage and develop store team members through coaching and training
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for partners and customers
  • Drive sales performance in line with company goals and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
  • Handle inventory management and merchandising
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
