Job Requirements
- Legal documentation proving identity and eligibility to work in the applying country
- Ability to work full time with flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Physical capability to perform job duties involving standing and movement
- Availability for overtime when necessary
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Experience with sales-focused environments
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Job Duties
- Lead and support store operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Manage and develop store team members through coaching and training
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for partners and customers
- Drive sales performance in line with company goals and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
- Handle inventory management and merchandising
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
