Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • ability to lead and develop teams

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate store team members
  • manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • support store manager in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • train and develop team in customer service and operational standards
  • maintain high standards of store cleanliness and safety
  • resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • oversee inventory management and loss prevention
