Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
- ability to work full time including variable hours beyond 40 hours per week
- must be able to comply with Starbucks attendance and conduct policies
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead the store team to create meaningful customer connections and ensure excellent service
- support the Store Manager in daily operations and achieving sales goals
- motivate and develop partners through coaching, training, and feedback
- manage inventory and maintain store appearance to uphold Starbucks standards
- ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly
- contribute to a positive work environment that promotes growth and teamwork
