Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
  • ability to work full time including variable hours early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
  • willingness to work more than 40 hours per week
  • commitment to uphold company values and standards

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged
  • 2 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years us military service
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment

Job Duties

  • lead and develop store team members to achieve performance and customer experience goals
  • maintain operational standards to ensure store compliance with company policies
  • manage inventory and ordering processes to meet sales demands
  • coach partners through regular feedback and support
  • ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly
  • assist with store financial management including sales tracking and expense control
  • implement marketing and sales initiatives to drive store growth
