Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year retail or food experience
- Completion of Assistant Manager Training program before assignment
- Ability to work second shifts nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to travel 5 to 10 percent for store coverage and meetings
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license for deposit deliveries where applicable
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally and stand or walk for up to 8 hours
- Willingness to wear specialized attire such as hats visors and gloves provided by the company
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year retail or food experience
- Completion of Assistant Manager Training program
- Leadership experience preferred
- Comfortable interacting with guests and team members
- High energy and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Basic computer skills
- Food Safety or ServSafe certification a plus but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Manage the store team’s guest service behaviors providing coaching to ensure friendly greetings and guest satisfaction
- Support the Store Manager in building and developing a strong team through training scheduling and coaching
- Partner with the Store Manager to achieve operational excellence meeting financial objectives sales promotions and controls
- Assist with maintaining overall appearance and cleanliness of the store including coffee station food service areas and bathrooms delegated to team
- Assist with quality control merchandising safety programs and monitor product levels on the sales floor including coolers and freezers rotating stock
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or person in charge in the manager’s absence
- Ensure compliance with company standards and complete tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
