Job Requirements
- legal documentation to establish identity and employment eligibility
- ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- willingness to work over 40 hours per week
- ability to comply with local labor laws and company policies

Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or ged
- retail or customer service management experience preferred
- military service experience is a plus
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- lead and inspire store partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- support store operations including inventory management and cash handling
- assist with sales growth initiatives and ensure achievement of sales goals
- maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- manage staff schedules and labor costs
- participate in hiring, training, coaching, and development of store partners
- handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
