Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 2 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service

Job Duties
- Lead and support store team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- drive sales and meet performance goals
- maintain high standards of product quality and store cleanliness
- coach and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
- handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
