Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 2 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service

Job Duties

  • Lead and support store team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • drive sales and meet performance goals
  • maintain high standards of product quality and store cleanliness
  • coach and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
  • handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
