Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
  • ability to work full time including over 40 hours per week
  • availability for variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and or holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or ged
  • two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • problem-solving ability
  • entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • lead and support store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • ensure quality and consistency in coffee and product preparation
  • manage daily operational tasks including inventory and cash handling
  • develop and coach team members to enhance skills and performance
  • drive sales through customer engagement and store initiatives
  • maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment
  • uphold company policies and standards
