Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
- ability to work full time including over 40 hours per week
- availability for variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and or holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or ged
- two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- problem-solving ability
- entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
- ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- lead and support store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- ensure quality and consistency in coffee and product preparation
- manage daily operational tasks including inventory and cash handling
- develop and coach team members to enhance skills and performance
- drive sales through customer engagement and store initiatives
- maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment
- uphold company policies and standards
