Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
- ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- two years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service

Job Duties
- Lead and support store operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- manage and motivate team members to achieve service and sales goals
- maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- oversee inventory management and stock replenishment
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- resolve customer concerns and foster positive community relations
- contribute to training and development of store staff
