Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week when necessary

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • two years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • proven problem-solving abilities
  • experience in a sales-focused environment
  • entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential

Job Duties

  • Lead and support store operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • manage and motivate team members to achieve service and sales goals
  • maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • oversee inventory management and stock replenishment
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
  • resolve customer concerns and foster positive community relations
  • contribute to training and development of store staff
