Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country
- ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- availability to work regularly in excess of 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- effective communication and leadership skills

- Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service
- manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality

- oversee inventory management and stock replenishment
- ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational policies
- collaborate with the store manager to drive business success
