Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • availability to work regularly in excess of 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • effective communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • support sales goals through effective team coaching and motivation
  • maintain a welcoming and inclusive store environment
  • oversee inventory management and stock replenishment
  • ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational policies
  • collaborate with the store manager to drive business success
