Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age or older

- Valid driver's license required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in retail sales and cash handling required
- Basic math skills
- Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain a safe work environment for employees and customers by setting safety as a priority
- Ensure gas pumps, lot and store areas are clean and free of debris at all times
- Train, develop, guide and evaluate employees to operate the store effectively and safely to provide superior customer service
- Motivate, provide feedback and share employee recognition to improve individual, team and store performance
- Consistently provide prompt and courteous customer service, assist customers at the gas pump and resolve customer issues
- Accurately ring up all sales on POS system and comply with cash handling procedures
- Develop positive and professional relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors
- Manage inventory and store layout to ensure optimal stocking and presentation
- Plan and manage store activities to maximize operating profit and monitor fuel and merchandise sales
- Assist in maintaining appearance standards and report facility issues
- Work with Store Manager to create and improve teamwork and assist with staffing and scheduling
- Submit daily sales reports, invoices, and bank deposits accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain required certifications
- Promote and grow the Kama'aina Rewards program
