Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing eligibility to work in the country
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week
  • compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 2 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • problem-solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience

Job Duties

  • lead and support store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • manage day-to-day operational activities of the store
  • mentor and develop partners to achieve individual and team goals
  • ensure compliance with company policies and standards
  • oversee inventory management and control
  • drive sales and profitability through effective team leadership
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
