Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing eligibility to work in the country
- ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week
- compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 2 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
Job Duties
- lead and support store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- manage day-to-day operational activities of the store
- mentor and develop partners to achieve individual and team goals
- ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- oversee inventory management and control
- drive sales and profitability through effective team leadership
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
