Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in retail leadership roles
  • Strong sales and merchandising background
  • Proven team management and leadership skills
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing walking reaching climbing and lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit develop and mentor a talented team
  • Manage daily operations focusing on guest service visual merchandising team management and driving sales
  • Ensure every guest leaves with a smile by delivering exceptional service and creating a store environment that mirrors the excitement of the museum
  • Keep the store visually stunning by following presentation plans and staying ahead of merchandising trends
  • Hold yourself and your team accountable to the highest performance standards consistently exceeding guest expectations
