Job Requirements
- legal documentation to work in the country
- ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- willingness to work over 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mindset and experience in a sales-focused environment
Job Duties
- assist in managing daily store operations
- lead and coach store team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- monitor inventory and sales performance
- drive sales through customer engagement and product knowledge
- manage scheduling and labor costs
- maintain a welcoming and inclusive store environment
- support implementation of company initiatives and standards
