Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
  • willingness to work more than 40 hours per week
  • commitment to uphold company values and standards

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on sales
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • lead and manage store operations to ensure efficient daily functioning
  • coach, develop, and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • maintain high standards of product quality and store cleanliness
  • oversee scheduling, inventory control, and sales performance
  • resolve customer and employee issues with professionalism and care
  • support implementation of company policies and safety regulations
  • contribute to achieving financial and performance goals
