Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application
- ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- willingness to work more than 40 hours per week
- commitment to uphold company values and standards
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on sales
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- lead and manage store operations to ensure efficient daily functioning
- coach, develop, and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- maintain high standards of product quality and store cleanliness
- oversee scheduling, inventory control, and sales performance
- resolve customer and employee issues with professionalism and care
- support implementation of company policies and safety regulations
- contribute to achieving financial and performance goals
