Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
  • ability to work full time exceeding 40 hours per week including variable shifts such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • willingness to engage in online, classroom and hands-on training

  • ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • physical capability to perform job duties

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
  • proven leadership abilities
  • effective communication and coaching skills
