Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 2 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales focused environment
Job Duties
- Lead and support store team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage daily operational tasks including scheduling and inventory control
- coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- assist in implementing business strategies to drive sales and store profitability
- ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- maintain a welcoming and inclusive store environment
- contribute to creating a positive community presence
