Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 2 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales focused environment

Job Duties

  • Lead and support store team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily operational tasks including scheduling and inventory control
  • coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • assist in implementing business strategies to drive sales and store profitability
  • ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • maintain a welcoming and inclusive store environment
  • contribute to creating a positive community presence
