Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to walk, bend down repeatedly and stand for 8-10 hours a day
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs overhead repeatedly
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 years of work experience with 2+ years in retail management
- Experience with POS and inventory software
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of work experience with 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in retail
- Experience leading, motivating and developing a sales-focused team
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics
- Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team including ongoing development
- Support day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink
- Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving customer issues
- Help maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives
- Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
