Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
  • Ability to work full time with flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Availability to work in excess of 40 hours per week when necessary
  • Commitment to uphold Starbucks values and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Lead and support store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage daily store operations ensuring high standards of quality and cleanliness
  • Coach, train, and develop store partners to enhance their skills and performance
  • Oversee inventory management and control costs effectively
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive store environment
  • Implement sales strategies and drive store performance metrics
