Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- Ability to work full time with flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Availability to work in excess of 40 hours per week when necessary

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Two years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Lead and support store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage daily store operations ensuring high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Coach, train, and develop store partners to enhance their skills and performance
- Oversee inventory management and control costs effectively

- Implement sales strategies and drive store performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
