Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- two years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- entrepreneurial mindset with sales focus
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- lead and motivate store team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage daily store operations including inventory and cash handling
- maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety
- support sales initiatives and drive store profitability
- coach and develop staff through training and feedback
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- handle customer concerns promptly and effectively
