Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • two years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate store team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily store operations including inventory and cash handling
  • maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • support sales initiatives and drive store profitability
  • coach and develop staff through training and feedback
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
