Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application
- ability to work full time exceeding 40 hours weekly
- availability for variable shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 2 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- leadership capabilities with team development experience
Job Duties
- lead and support store team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage store operations including inventory, scheduling, and cash handling
- coach and develop partners to enhance performance and engagement
- maintain store standards for product quality, cleanliness, and safety
- implement sales strategies to achieve store goals
- resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
- assist store manager in daily operational tasks and decision-making
