Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application
  • ability to work full time exceeding 40 hours weekly
  • availability for variable shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 2 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • leadership capabilities with team development experience

Job Duties

  • lead and support store team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage store operations including inventory, scheduling, and cash handling
  • coach and develop partners to enhance performance and engagement
  • maintain store standards for product quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • implement sales strategies to achieve store goals
  • resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
  • assist store manager in daily operational tasks and decision-making
